Since
its inception in 1999 the International Piano Master
Class continues to attract students from around
the world. Participants have come from Brazil,
Canada, The People's Republic of China, Hong Kong,
Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Mexico, South Korea, Poland, Portugal,
the Republic
of South Africa, Taiwan, and the United States.
The 2007
International Piano Master Class will once again take place in
Varna, Bulgaria. Since 2001 the program has
included
an opportunity for young concert pianists to read and
perform with orchestra, and to take part in a
competition to play in a public concert with
orchestra. This summer, readings with orchestra,
as well as a public concert, will be offered with
members of the
Varna Philharmonic for selected participants in both
the Concerto with Competition and the Learn to Play
with Orchestra component.

To apply please use our

or send us your name, CV/Resume including
education, teachers, public concert appearances,
competitions entered, workshops and master classes
attended etc., and an audition CD or DVD to the address
below (MP3 files may be sent by email). If you are a student of, or were
referred by one of the faculty no audition material is
necessary. If you do not have a recent recording
please send your application, faculty will review your application
and make recommendations.
Fees
Master Class
only: 900 EU*
(includes standard shared (2/room)
accommodation and breakfast daily at the Cherno
More Hotel; practice rooms, 4 private lessons
(assigned), participation in 2 group lessons and a
recital.
Concerto Competition: Add 200 EU*
