This year Symphonic Workshops'
celebrates its 20th year of operation. Since Dr. Harry Hurwitz began
the International Workshop for Conductors in 1991 well over 2000
participants have taken part in various programs - more than 500
conductors have attended the International Workshop for
Conductors. We would like to thank all the participants, faculty,
orchestras, local coordinators and friends who have supported us
through these eventful and happy years.
We invite you to our 20th Anniversary
Reunion in Kromeriz, Czech Republic, August 1 - 5, 2010. Attendance
will dictate activities. We anticipate several 3 hour workshops with
returning faculty, perhaps a faculty concert, 20th Anniversary
Banquet and lots of networking opportunities. If you are interested
in attending please contact us. Help with coordination and
contacting past participants is appreciated!
